These exterior visualizations were done for the construction company StroyCity for their promotion of the modern apartment building “Venskij dom” in Kharkiv, Ukraine (https://stroycity.com.ua/uk/projects/venskij-dom)
Even though the task was only to create 6 high resolution pictures for their website and bigboards, some test videos were done as a proposal. Unfortunately they have not been adopted.
The main difficulty of this project was the large areas of grass and pavement which were visible from a bird’s eye views. Therefore, special textures were developed for them which removed the tiling effect and did not stick out a mile.
